Your jars, ideas, and decorations live on your device and sync across your devices through your own private iCloud account. Nothing is shared with anyone unless you choose to publish a jar.
Sign in to the same iCloud account on your new device and your jars sync automatically. They also restore from an iCloud or local device backup.
You can share privately with a partner through iCloud, or publish a jar to share it via a public link. Publishing is always optional. When you publish, the jar's name, ideas, and images become viewable by anyone with the link. You can unpublish it anytime to remove it from public view, or delete it to permanently purge it from our servers. Photos you attach to completed dates are never uploaded.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To remove iCloud copies, delete the app's data from iCloud in Settings. For any jars you published, unpublish or delete them from within the app first — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device or reinstall the app. If you're still stuck, email us below.
